Spacious, great location and handy to the beach. Air conditioned (two) and comfortable, with washing machine and all necessary facilities. Great!
Очень чисто в квартире, расположение удобное. Можно с собакой и так же нам предложили детский стульчик, а это редкость. Было приятно. Быстрый интернет, есть микроволновая печь, хорошее оснащение кухни. Напор горячей воды отличный. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, до моря пешком дойти. На машине до Эфес 20 мин, рядом вкусные рестораны 10-15 мин
???? 1 minute walk to sandy beach. Carrefour, bus stop, exchange points, reastaurants - all is in near neighbourhood. Apartments are clean and well-furnished. Wifi is good for remote working. We were happybto stay there. Cheerful and friendly host❤️

Cera Lotus Apart is a three-story business that only serves as a rental apartment building. It is 100 meters from the Ladies Beach. The number five minibus (dolmuş) passes in front of it to the center of Kusadasi. It is possible to reach the city center in 10 minutes. The apartment is quite new and modern and has a small kitchen. Ms. Dilek, the host of the house, and Ms. Serap, who is responsible for the floors, are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. Lotus apartment is one of the places we will stay again when we come to Kusadasi again. There is a small market opposite the apartment, and there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets on the Ladies Beach. It is a few minutes' walk to reach them.
Beautifully decorated, modern and newly renovated place. The location is just a short walk to the beach and the building is literally just opposite a supermarket. The place was amazing. The bedroom was cosy and the bathroom was complete. There is a washing machine, you just have to buy your own detergent. The kitchen was well-equipped with stoves and appliances. The living room is perfect and comfortable to hang out. The sliding door next to the living room leads to the yard area and it is quiet and private, with chairs and an ashtray for smokers.
perfect location, sea view from the balcony. Ladies Beach is riht in front of you. Two steps to the city center, all reastaurants and shops. Fresh, new, clean place, it has all nesseseties.
